WACL’s Festival of Talent 2022: Next generation leadership

Women in Advertising and Communication Leadership (WACL) is a network of senior women who come together to accelerate gender equality within the advertising, media and communications industry.

Join us virtually in May for the WACL Festival of Talent, a day full of leadership learning, development and inspiration for ambitious women who work in the media, marketing and communications industry.

This year we explore the theme of next generation leadership. How can we lead ourselves, our teams, and our work to create a better future? With interactive coaching sessions and inspirational speakers, you’ll leave fired up with new ambition and a new perspective on your own success.

Our fantastic line up of speakers includes Dr Ed Brooks from Oxford Character Project; Group Chief Marketing, Corporate Affairs and People Officer at Sky Debbie Klein in conversation with Channel 4 CEO and WACL member Alex Mahon; Blessing Omakwu leader of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation’s Goalkeepers initiative; and to make the day really impactful, a live interactive coaching session led by Madeline McQueen. And there are still more to be announced.

Individual tickets are £150, but it’s now even better value to get the whole team involved. A group ticket for 4 costs £500, for larger teams our best value ticket gives access to a group of ten for £1,000, or a large company ticket for 100 attendees for £9,000.

We believe it’s important that our event is affordable, so each year we make a number of ‘pay it forward’ tickets available for those between roles or looking to break into the industry for the first time.
