As industry leaders, our goal is to affect change. That’s why, alongside supporting the senior women leaders who make up our membership, our talent mentoring programme, and our fundraising for industry charities, WACL actively campaigns in areas that will have the greatest impact on gender equality.

For example, WACL campaigns to close the Gender Pay Gap, address the representation of women in the media, and support timeTo, the campaign to end sexual harassment at work led by several WACL leaders.

In 2020/21 WACL is campaigning for flexible working practices to be adopted as an industry standard.
