I launched Brilliant Misfits in lockdown to support leadership in a creative economy. I have learnt more lessons from my failures and built resilience in my darkest times. I am able to incorporate insights as a reiki master into my coaching practice where energy and resilience are part of the challenge. I have been a speaker for schools for a number of years and advised WEF Global Futures Council on innovation and entrepreneurship 2014-2016.
