Festival of Talent 2024: Unlocking Leadership for creativity

An unforgettable day for ambitious women building their future in media, marketing and communication leadership.

WACL’s Festival of Talent 2024 is a one-day accelerator designed for established and emerging female leaders.

With speakers, workshops and performances, the hybrid event provides a best-in-class leadership toolkit that attendees can put in to use straight away, helping them maximise their impact.

This year’s programme is designed to enable attendees to unlock creative thinking in themselves and their teams.

Who should attend?
This accelerator is designed for emerging and established female leaders. Ambitious women from any discipline or part of the media, marketing and communication industry who lead or want to lead in the future. Most of our attendees have five to fifteen years’ experience – we’d say the minimum experience to get the best out of the day is around three years
When will it take place?
2024’s Festival of Talent will take place on May 2nd.
The event will be hybrid with limited tickets available at Sky’s Campus and majority of attendees joining virtually.
