Together at the Table with a Diamond and a Top Boy
On Wednesday 20th October, Nishma Patel Robb hosted WACL members and their guests at The Dorchester for an evening of great food, drink and conversation (+ 21 seconds of rap!). It was also the first in a new series of dinners on the theme of ‘Together At The Table’ discussing allyship and representation.
WACL Member Chloe Davies shares her experience of the evening:
“The Dorchester is an iconic British landmark and a space befitting of the iconic conversation that took place last week Wednesday between our President Nishma Patel Robb, Ashley Walters & Charithra Chandran.
The dress code was clear – Sparkles & Sequins and from start to finish the evening shone, our theme all evening revolved around tables – ‘Together at the table’, ‘Join our Table’, breaking down tables and having a seat at the table.
It was an incredible evening that left me inspired, that championed sisterhood, the legacies we are creating for the next generation to come and filled my cup. I can’t wait until the next one!!”
