Visible Start

WPP has sponsored our Visible Start retuner’s programme since launch in 2021 and so far over 60 women have successfully gained employment both within WPP and other companies. It is a free programme for 45+ women and we are extremely proud to be a finalist at the LPI awards. All our courses are housed on our community platform Visible Society which has a community of over 1500 midlife women and counting. It is a cost-efficient way of recruiting midlife women, that adds value to business, promotes multi-generational workforce, levels up gender inequality, and just feels good. our mission is to unleash the power of midlife women, secure second careers and help them retire with dignity.
